Working During COVID-19: A Conversation

Almost every working individual is experiencing some level of stress during Covid 19. Whether you are an essential worker for the City of Syracuse or you are working from home for the City, the global pandemic has likely had a notable effect on your overall physical and emotional well-being. Experiencing worry, sadness, loneliness and anxiety from our altered work realities and uncertainties about our future are completely normal responses to a very abnormal situation.

Please tune into a supportive conversation hosted by Beth McCarthy, NCC, LMHC and Steve Jobson, LCSW, CASAC to talk about your concerns, learn coping strategies, obtain working tips and resources, and to be part of an exchange of ideas with others on navigating our most challenging circumstances during Covid 19.
